To celebrate the Coronation of King Charles III, children across the whole school took part in fun activities on Friday 5 May. The day started with an assembly to explain the Coronation and why we had an extra Bank Holiday on Monday 8 May. The main focus of the day was the ‘Design a Crown Competition’. The children were all invited to make a crown in school, which they wore to lunch. The hall was decorated with bunting, paper chains, flags and posters made by the children.
